World Water Works - Aid for Myanmar, Burma

The UN now estimates that 1.5 million people have been affected by the devastation wreaked by cyclone Nargis, with the death toll thought to be over 100,000. Two to three million are homeless, in a disaster on a scale comparable with the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami. Many victims are said to be dehydrated or suffering from injuries that have not been treated.
	Five Burmese regions, including the main city Rangoon, have been declared disaster zones after being hit by 120mph winds. The UN says several hundred thousand people need shelter and water, and food and fuel prices have soared.

Objective is to provide, with each Box, purified water for a family of 4 for 4 months. A WorldWaterWorks product designed for Disaster Conditions requiring maximum supply of water filtration units. More funds are urgently needed if further help is to be sent.
